Gillette Children’s announced the addition of Carolyn Bertling, MHA, MBA, to the leadership team. Bertling began her role as Vice President of Clinic Operations on April 25, 2022.
Bertling comes to Gillette Children’s from Phoenix Children’s Hospital where she served as the Administrative Director of Hospital-Based Services. She also held leadership roles at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and AU Health, formerly known as MCG Health.
“I look forward to working with the physicians, leaders and teams at Gillette Children’s to continue and expand the exceptional care the organization provides to the patients and families they serve,” Bertling said.
Bertling earned her Master of Healthcare Administration and Business Administration degrees from the University of Iowa. She holds memberships with the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
“Being a leader in children’s health care is a passion of mine and being selected to join the leadership team of a renowned organization that is passionate about serving the patients and families is truly an honor,” said Bertling.
