Our Maple Grove Clinic offers families in the northern and western Twin Cities convenient access to Gillette Children's specialty services. In addition to appointments with providers who specialize in many areas, our Maple Grove clinic has expanded services to better serve families in the west metro area, including on-site rehab therapy and virtual (online) therapy.
This location has more space for new programs and services, such as advanced imaging and X-ray, including low-dose EOS X-ray. We expanded physical, occupational and speech therapy services as well as increased orthotics and prosthetic services. All services are in one building, improving coordination of care in the convenience of one clinic.

Our Specialty Services
Our Maple Grove Clinic provides outpatient (clinic) visits with pediatric craniofacial and plastic surgeons and pediatric nurse practitioners—experts who treat children and teens who have a wide variety of conditions that affect appearance and function.
Our Maple Grove Clinic team includes neurologists and neurology nurse practitioners who manage medical treatment of disorders of the nervous system (brain, spinal cord and nerves), including epilepsy and seizures.
Our Maple Grove Clinic offers outpatient (clinic) visits with orthopedic surgeons who specialize in bone and muscle problems that result from cerebral palsy and other complex conditions and injuries. Our large team includes experts who specialize in hand and upper extremity conditions. When needed, surgical procedures take place at our St. Paul Campus.
Our Maple Grove Clinic offers a full range of orthotics, prosthetics and seating services for patients of all ages. In addition to orthotics and prosthetics services, we offer evaluations for augmentative and alternative communication devices, seating and mobility equipment, and other types of orthotics, prosthetics and seating services.
The Pediatric Expert Consult provides direction for parents or caregivers of children who are unsure of how to best medically help their child. Our Pediatric Expert Consult is a virtual appointment with a Gillette pediatric provider who specializes in complex conditions.
At our Maple Grove Clinic, Gillette sports medicine providers are orthopedic experts who’ve chosen to specialize in the unique needs of children and teens who have sports-related or soft tissue injuries.
Our Maple Grove Clinic team pediatricians and general medicine practitioners see children and adults who have a wide range of conditions.
Our Maple Grove Clinic offers advanced imaging and X-ray, including state-of-the-art low-dose EOS X-ray, and ultrasound to help diagnose and plan treatments for a variety of conditions. Results become part of an electronic record that’s accessible at any Gillette location.
Our Maple Grove Clinic offers visits with pediatric rehabilitation medicine physicians, who help manage care for patients who have cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries and related neurotrauma.
Our Maple Grove Clinic features a therapy gym, and kitchen. We offer appointments with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language pathologists in an environment designed to meet the needs of patients and families.
Gillette Children’s offers many of our rehabilitation services in a virtual care format. Appointments are available to new or existing patients. Patients are considered on a case-by-case basis.
