Musculoskeletal Management in Pediatrics Conference

Course Description
This conference is for primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses and physical therapists as well as other interested health care professionals. Lectures and workshops will focus on newborn, young child and adolescent patients, including differential diagnosis as well as initial and long-term care for pediatric patients who have congenital and acquired musculoskeletal conditions. Participants will receive individual instruction from our collaborative team of pediatric orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers and therapists.
Course Objectives
At the completion of the course, participants should be able to:
• Identify common orthopedic issues in pediatric patients
• Evaluate and treat selected musculoskeletal issues in pediatric patients

Gillette Children’s is accredited by the Minnesota Medical Association to provide continuing medical education (CME) for physicians. Gillette takes responsibility for the content, quality and scientific integrity of this activity.

The conference registration fee is $200 for physicians, $125 for other medical professionals. The fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon refreshments, online conference materials and continuing medical education credit.
