Patient-Centered Care Recognized Nationally

Gillette now has three centers of patient care recognized by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) for Patient Centered Specialty Practice (PCSP). 

• Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation – since March 2023
• Neurosurgery – since 2022 
• Orthopedics – since 2019
This is a major accomplishment for these three areas and for all of Gillette! PCSP recognition is awarded for outstanding performance in the areas of referral management, care coordination, and performance measures. Gillette is one of four institutions in Minnesota to receive a Patient-Centered Recognition and the only institution to be recognized as a PCSP.
