Ultimately, rehabilitation therapists should have a passion for helping children and adults who have disabilities realize the greatest possible health and independence.

More than 100 Therapy Professionals and Growing

Positions in rehabilitation fall into three categories: physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology. All rehab positions require current Minnesota licensure. Out-of-state candidates and new graduates must be eligible for a Minnesota state license.

Therapists should have training in child growth and development and knowledge of rehabilitation theory and practice. Experience with a wide variety of diagnoses, as well as the physical and emotional implications of pediatric onset disabilities, is preferable.

Positions for therapists are available in Burnsville, Maple Grove, St. Paul, and in our outpatient clinic for adults, Gillette Children's - Phalen Clinic. As well, we continue to expand our virtual therapy offerings to help families more conveniently.

Experience is preferable, but not always necessary.
